Unfortunately, it seems that the &quot;SVG Factory&quot; site is no longer available at its current address. svg factory&#039;s web page is in Japanese which according to google translate has some nonsense about hair tonic.  Which while absurd enough for a grimace I find nonetheless useless for converting between svg and wmf.</description>
