Almost a year ago, I mentioned in one of my posts about some confessions/revelations, one in particular regarding a high school crush, and barring the senior yearbook signing, I didn't talk to her...This is one of those things that I want to take care of, and finally put to rest.

To be honest, I also had what I'm pretty sure was the same feeling for a different girl who worked at the Voter's Registration office during the work for the 2005 Primary Election, but unlike with Jessica, I didn't see her for long (she was only in the building for an hour a day at most, and not every day), and also was never even in the same room as her (I could see her when walking back and forth between other rooms to finish parts of my job, but that was about it).

Also, unlike with Jessica, I didn't worry about it that much, because aside from rarely seeing her, I later found out, from overhearing some other people's conversations sometime after that election (in the Courthouse, possibly as late as when I did work for the 2005 General Election), that she already had a boyfriend (so any attempts I could have made would have been in vain anyway), wasn't around here anymore, and was also a relative of one of the people working for the County of Armstrong. I never saw that girl prior to working there, but there's one person in the other Courthouse building who's related to my Mom, and I'm going to feel really weird if it turns out that person was the girl's mother O.o

Back to the issue at hand: If you're not sure who I'm talking about, her name is Jessica Karaffa, and I first saw her in my Mechanical Drawing class in 9^th grade (1997-1998 school year). She went to Kittanning Senior High School for all four years (using my 1997-2001 KSHS yearbooks as evidence of this), and so would be about the same age as I am (give or take a year, depending on her birthdate). I don't know that much else about her, other than that she was also the secretary of the Carlisle High School Key Club for the 2000-2001 school year (via a search on Google).

There are only three other Karaffas I could find that may be related to her. One was in some of my yearbooks - he's possibly a younger brother of Jessica, as they were the only two Karaffas in them. The second was found in an older phone book - it's no longer listed there, but they may have made their number private, as my family's number is also not listed in the book anymore for that reason. The last one was found from another Google search, and was the name of a BBS administrator for a board that is no longer running - it is probably the same person whose name I spotted on a Voter's Registration card I found when working at the Courthouse, as the names are identical, as well as their addresses (both in Kittanning).

Why don't I ask for help from friends and relatives first? Well, I don't want my relatives to tease/bug me about it, as I really don't appreciate it coming from them, and except in rare cases, I don't see my friends anymore (plus, I don't want them to get back to my relatives about this for the aforementioned reason).

If anyone reading this could find out anything else about her for me, especially anything that will help to get in touch with her (and finally take care of this), please comment here with your name and E-Mail address (if you have a website with a contact page, you can list its URL in place of your E-Mail address). To avoid having your address spammed, please obfuscate it with whatever method you want to use (except those whose output requires the use of <img /> and/or <script> tags, since they're not allowed to be used in comments here), and, depending on the complexity of obfuscation, you might want to list how it's obfuscated as well (so I don't accidentally send an E-Mail to the wrong, yet also valid, address =P). I'll also remove your E-Mail address from your comment once I read it, as I can already get back to you at that point, and so that the chance of your address getting spammed will be slim to nil since it won't be there long (I've got mine obfuscated on another post here, and it has yet to be spammed directly).

Also, regardless of who you ask, please leave out any information pertaining to me (real name, online names, website, etc.), as the last thing I want here is to have my friends and relatives find out and not get off my case about it until it's settled.
