Happy Saint Patrick's Day!

I've given the site a major overhaul, adding new links, fixing up various pages, and making it into a frame-based layout for easier navigation. Since I don't want to permanently use up part of the width of the site for a frame, I decided to use up part of the height instead and put it on the bottom of the page. I hope it won't be too much of a problem to use...
